CX52 stands for CHANGE Over 52 WEEKS, and what that means for regaining control of your health and actually reaching your fitness goals is that you can become the person you want to be with the body you've always dreamed of, without turning your entire life upside down or adding additional stress to your already busy day. 


THIS IS HOW CX52 WORKS. Make one simple change to your life once a week. 

Make the thing you change something you know you can do. It could be:

- One less soda

- More water during the day

- One less trip through the Drive Thru

- A walk around the block,

- Going to bed 15 minutes earlier


If you make a positive change every week, in a year, you've gone and changed 52 habits. You'll be a new person living a healthy life, and it happens without you even realizing it's happening. 


CX52 is not a quick fix. This is a strategy that actually works because it reduces the stress from most diet and exercise plans, and you control the intensity.  It takes commitment and time, but if you can find the strength, the changes you make will last for the rest of your life.
